September 12 2007 If asked for a recommendation on where to shop for a car and where to have it serviced, I would without hesitation recommend Randall Ford of Fort Smith Arkansas. There was the typical apprehension about a purchase of this size,but, it took less than 30 minutes to find the vehicle I wanted and agree on a price. Furthermore, the process in their Business office was relaxed with no hassles. I felt good about my decision and will definitely give them a 10 when I get a survey on my purchase experience.
