Fantastic BBQ !!!

Ralph's Pink Flamingo BBQ is simply fantastic. This restaurant is owned and operated by a family that used to be a nationally ranked BBQ competition team. Notice the wall of trophies and ribbons as you enter the front door. All of the food is excellent. The meats are flavorful and moist. The side dishes are home made, as are the sinful desserts. My favorites are the baby back ribs and sliced brisket. It's hard to pick a favorite from the beans, cheesy potatoes, cole slaw and potato salad. They sell ice cold beer with frozen glasses. Ask the owners (they are always there) how they got the Pink Flamingo name, it's a fun story. The colors are bright and the music is mostly Margaritaville. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is served from a steam table buffet line, so service is very quick and easy. I've eaten there several times and have had 100% satisfaction. The hours are ... lunch only on Tuesday & Wednesday, Lunch and dinner Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Do not miss this place. It's the great BBQ spot that this part of the country was needing.
