I listed my home with this company and they were very unprofessional and inaccurate in their figures dealing with my property, I think they might benefit from some courses in general math and Real estate because they did not seem to know what they were doing, These people are young and inexperienced I would not recommend trusting your most valuable possession with them, your home.

The owner of this company is a registered $ex offender using someone elses brokers license, be careful about who you do business with. Watch your children

Needless to say I had an unpleasnt experience with this Brokerage, unfortunatly before I found this link which was a warning of their character http://local.yahoo.com/info-35260526-king-kevin-king-realty-group-fort-smith The link shows a Customers bad review which sounded like the same thing I experienced with the owner Kevin King after contacting him when one of his associates lied to me to get me in the Contract, then broke his word. On the link above, Kevin responds to the Customers review with the username (Onemandog) exposing himself as Onemandog while attacking a competitor in anger. Notice also on the Yellowpages reviews he uses the name Onemandog name rating his own Company trying to make the public believe he is a genuine Customer.. Two days after exposing himself Onemandog on the above link( apparantly forgetting this ) he wrote a review of his Company using the same name (Onemandog) telling people he is a first time home buyer using King Realty and having a good experience. In the response to the complaint He tried to accuse a competitor of writing the review, using the competitions name and making accusations of their character To me this seemed very immature and very unprofessional. Copy and paste the link and, see for yourself. You be the judge I had a horrible experience using them and I feel very betrayed, I can not express enough to the Public please do not put yourself in the situation I experienced when I trusted them with my property. I plan to file a complaint with the Arkansas Realtors Association for Ethic Violations. They will find out it is past customers writing the bad reviews and not their competition, apparantly they do not realize how bad they treat their customers or they just don't care... I can not express enough please BEWARE of using their services, they are young and inexperienced and show little respect once they GET YOU IN A CONTRACT. Hopefully I will save someone else from going through what I went through by taking the time to warn others with some proof of their character and dishonesty as the above link shows. It is very sad when(the love of money) gets put before the Golden rule (which is one of the first orders of the Oath of a Realtor). If they abuse you please file a complaint with the board as I have to stop them from abusing others. The website is http://www.arkansasrealtors.com. While I was stationed in Irac we seperated, my wife sold our home she owned prior to our marriage, since my name was not on the deed I was not aware of the sale although I had a legal interest in the property. These realtors influenced her to sell the property below market value after hearing she was getting divorced in order to sell it quickly before I returned from my service in Irac. I later found they buy up properties and own several. Beware if they set a price on your home, but I would not trust anyone who would treat a Veteran the way they did. Mark L.

We had a horrible experience with these realtors, Keith Lau and Kevin King lied to us and caused us to lose a lot of money with our transaction. Save yourself a lot of greif and use another realtor.
